This is my first time to cook paksiw na lechon or roasted pork stew. Though it does not look that good but its a big thing for me since it taste ok hehehe. I just mixed 1 day old lechon, vinegar, mang tomas, garlic, pepper and a little sugar. I let it boil for 30 minutes and voila! This is the result. Actually for your information, this lechon came from Cebu so it should taste good right?
